PlayStation 4 has since its launch with a tool Twitch to carry live broadcasts of the games. Recently, the service announced it will no longer store the videos, eliminating the records after a brief period. Thinking about it, we decided to show you how you can save your gaming to submit your gameplays to YouTube.
While YouTube does not release its streaming tool for PlayStation 4, many players have been using the Twitch to share their gaming. To be able to store the videos made for streaming, you need to connect your PS4 to Twitch .
Step 1: Before performing any stream, you must access your account on Twitch through this link and "Archive Broadcasts", check the box to automatically store the streaming.
With the changes on the site, this should happen for a limited period of time.
Step 2: Then, still in your account settings on Twitch, select "Connections" (or click here ). In this area, there are some services that can be connected to your account, such as sending notifications to Twitter and Facebook , as well as from YouTube.
Select to connect to YouTube. Credentials of the service account will be requested in addition to the authorization to upload videos to the site.
Step 3: After performing one of the PlayStation 4 streaming to Twitch, go to your profile and select "Past Broadcasts". There will be videos with your gameplays.
Select the video you want to upload to YouTube. Inside you will see, just below the title, the Share, Bookmark, and a gear icon options. Click it and select Export.
This will cause a window to appear on the screen asking what information should be presented in the YouTube video (name, description, and tags).
Other important information here is related to "Split the Video" box. If your YouTube account is not verified, we can only send videos up to 15 minutes.
If your gameplay goes this length, content is denied by YouTube. By selecting this box, the Twitch itself divides your gameplay in equal parts of 15 minutes. If your account is verified, you can ignore this option and simply ask to upload to YouTube. Now, just wait for the video to be on YouTube processor servers, is available on your website account.
