Using Netflix to watch movies and series is so practical that many people end up accessing the service at the home of friends, on public computers or even on tablets of third parties. Forgot to close the login and think someone is using your account? Then log out on all devices, all at once. Learn how to adjust this quick tutorial.
After this process, the user need only connect on each device, and regain control over your account. The adjustment may take up to eight hours to complete and will not change your password (in the first two cases), but you can only do this on a computer or television.
Remember that each account can have up to six devices associated with it and you can only play Netflix in two screens simultaneously.
On the computer
Step 1 Click the button on the side profile and the menu select "Your Account";
Step 2 Click "End the session on all devices";
Step 3: Press "Yes" to confirm.
In SmartTV
Step 1 Open the Netflix app;
Step 2 Using the remote control, press the code with the following keys one after the other (use arrows): Up, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up;
Step 3 Confirm that you want to disconnect or disable the account on all devices.
Change the password
An alternative to stop outsiders access to your Netflix account is password resetting. To change it, enter your email in the password page for reference service and follow the steps:
Step 1 Open the e-mail from Netflix and click on the link in red "Click here". If you do not see the message in your inbox, check the spam folder;
Step 2 Enter the new password and confirm the repeating code. Ready.
Because the process is time consuming, Netflix itself recommends that you ask other people if they are friends, stop watch in your account. In any case, following the steps above you will disconnect all connected devices and the password change will preclude other unauthorized access.
