Internet Explorer for Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8.1 can synchronize passwords saved by your browser on desktop or smartphone. The feature makes logging into websites, mostly on mobile, because you will not need to enter your email and password to access an account. However, for security reasons, synchronization is off by default.
